We strive to provide a comprehensive solution for our customer’s needs in the realm of two-wheeler maintenance and related services.

You need to call/whatsapp us 5 days prior to the servicing date, one of our representatives will be in touch with you until your two-wheeler gets serviced and dropped at your location.

We will send one of our team members to your location (home/office) to pick your two-wheeler for servicing and shall drop at your location (home/office) after the servicing.

We issue a membership card to every individual bike with plan name. All you have to do is to show the card to our garages to avail the services.

If your two-wheeler goes for servicing to one of our designated garages and if it’s taking a day or more to repair then we will provide pick and drop service one time a day with up to 7 days, which also depends on the package you choose.

It means, whenever you service your two-wheeler, you will get a 30% discount at market price on servicing fee or in other words, JIALA.

It is the number of days we provide warranty on servicing avail at our garages.

It means you will get up to a 20% discount on mobil at market price, depends on the package you choose.

It means you will get up to a 30% discount on spare parts at market price, depends on the package you choose.

Warranty will be valid from the day of replacement till the numbers of days mentioned in the plan, during this period if the parts which you have recently replaced do not perform well then we will replace it for FREE. Warranty on spare parts up to 90 days, depends on the package you choose.

Roadside assistance (RSA) is a service we provide to all our customers except for those who have chosen the REGULAR PLAN where if in any case, his/her two-wheeler does not start, or breakdowns, or in any kind of mechanical issues, our RSA team rescues them from the point till the garage for the repairment.

Out of fuel rescue is a service we provide to all our customers except for those who have chosen the REGULAR PLAN where if in any case, his/her two-wheeler runs out of fuel, then our RSA team will rescue them by refilling the tank. This service is valid only inside ring road.

No, however customers will have to make the payment for the fuel.

We process the blue book renewal on your behalf at the given location, no extra cost for the manpower but customers will have to make the payment for the blue book renewal (road tax).

We process the bike insurance renewal on your behalf at the given location, but customers will have to make the payment for the insurance policy.

If there will be any accidental claims to be made from the insurance company, then we will manage all your claims registration to settlement from the insurance company, but we would need all relevant documents.

You can transfer the membership amount to our company’s account, or you can transfer it to our Esewa or Khalti account.

You can make the payment once we drop your two-wheeler at your location. You can pay cash or you can transfer it online.

No, the membership will be valid for the same two-wheeler that was issued for, even if you are selling your two-wheeler; it will not matter to avail of the services until the membership is valid.

We will give you a reminder call or shall send you a reminder SMS for the renewal of the plan. You can renew it online.

As of now, we do not have a loyalty program, but we do have a referral program which you can discuss with one of our representatives via WhatsApp/Viber.
